Buying on line is risky almost all the time, we understand if you are distrustful. If by any reason you want to cancel, we will reimburse what you have paid. Just remember that you have up to 24 hours before the tour to cancel your reservation.
It is important that you know that all our tours are scheduled according to the cruise ships’ timetable, so you don’t have to worry for not making it on time, we can assure you will arrive for boarding.
We will be waiting you at the meeting point to transfer you in one of our vans specially designated for our customers’ transportation. In case you are staying in Cozumel, don’t worry, you just need to specify it at the moment of making your reservation and give us the information of the location you are staying at, either at a hotel, villa or Airbnb so we can pick you up and take you to the departure point. We owned the first dive shop called “Tropical Cozumel”, along the years, we provided service and took in our boat people from all over the world, both famous celebrities and families who wanted to know the underwater beauties of the island.
Over the years we just reconfirmed our love and respect for the sea and that is why in 1990, with all the experience that avail us, we created the company that until these days we are still managing as family: “Snorkel Adventures”, a family-owned company legally incorporated.

The wide variety of marine species that you will find in our excursions is impressive and it is our main tourist attraction, our culture is so broad and mystic that they will give you that magical and paradisiacal touch to your vacations.
